Sow Social is an online application that helps professionals run their social media: strategy, content calendar, post generation, visuals and videos, publishing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, analytics and training.
The service is intended for professionals: small businesses, independents, franchise networks, communication agencies and freelancers.

4Artificial intelligence
The sowsociaal.com website is a presentation website. It shares its visitors' data with no artificial intelligence tool.
The Sow Social application uses artificial intelligence models, including Claude, developed by Anthropic, to suggest strategies and generate texts. Each piece of content is reviewed and approved by the user before publication, who keeps editorial responsibility for it.
